How it works
We connect to your Google Business Profile and read how you already talk to customers, so the replies sound like you and not like a corporate account.
If you have never replied to reviews, there is nothing to copy from, so we ask you a short set of questions first and build the voice from your answers.
When a review comes in, a reply gets written straight away. You choose whether it posts on its own or waits for you to approve it from your phone.
If you want, angry or complicated reviews can be held back for you to handle yourself rather than answered automatically.
