Privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with any third parties for their marketing.

If a business texted you back. You called a business that uses our text-back service and nobody could pick up. We hold your number, the time of the call, any voicemail and its transcript, and the messages either way. The business you called sees all of it, the same as if it had answered. Nobody else does, apart from the phone company and software providers that carry and write the messages for us, who may only use it to run the service. Kept up to 24 months. Reply STOP to stop the texts.

If you hire us. We hold what you give us to do the work. It stays yours, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything else.

Terms

Use of this website or engagement of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Services, fees and commencement dates are set out in a written agreement, which controls in the event of conflict. Setup fees are non-refundable once performed. Monthly fees are payable in advance and either party may terminate on 30 days' notice.

Services are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. No result is guaranteed. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered communications. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
